My name is Vincent Henley and I started a school garden last year. Since then, our garden club has won 1st place in our local agricultural fair. We have been on local television and radio shows, showing and telling the importance of growing your own food (organic).

We are interested in being E-Mail Pals and would like to exchange: I would like to exchange habitat and experimental data with other classrooms.we have been growing plants in different environments and recording data.
How our project is helping kids grow: We work in partnership with the University of the Virgin Islands, who provide us with a nutritionist that comes to our school once a week to teach students about the nutritional value of the foods that is grown.Students also have taken this information and shared it with there family.
