How our project is helping kids grow: We are just beginning our Edible Educational Discovery Garden, here in Malibu. We plan to tie in our Earth Sciences with our Marine Science Program. So far there is great excitement and many volunteers. All positive thus far. Tomorrow is our first day of planting seeds into small pots, so each child has their own plant to look after. We ave 200 kids from 1-5 grade. Vericomposting. We are ready to use casings to fertilize our 9 beds.
