Q: What steps are involved in applying for a Grant?
A: 1. Sign up and Register with Kidsgardening.org http://www.kidsgardening.org/user/register2. Log in http://www.kidsgardening.org/user/login3. Navigate to the 'Grants and Fundraising' page,http://www.kidsgardening.org/grants-and-awards.4. Click on the grant you would like to apply for and then click the blue 'Apply for this Grant' button under 'About the Sponsor'.
Q: Do I have to register to apply for a grant?A: Yes.
Q: My images are too large to upload what can I do it? A: You can resize your images with the software that came with your camera, with photoshop, GNu Image Manipulation Program or other image formatting software. If you do not have access to such software there are also tools online such as, http://www.webresizer.com/resizer/
Q: How can I upload more than 1 image? A: You can add your images to a .zip compression file and then upload that file with the grant application.
Q: My PDF files are too large to upload, how can I get around this problem? A: If you are creating the PDF with an Adobe tool, you can choose the option Save PDF as PostScript, which will make for a much smaller file.
