Stash Tea's A World of Tea Web site provides an excellent historical overview of tea. It describes the different types of tea, their legendary origins, the Japanese influence, and how tea entered Europe and America.

The Achelis Foundation concentrates its grant program in the greater New York City area. They support many programs including those that include youth, rehabilitation, science education, volunteerism, entrepreneurship, economic development, and environment (science education and land conservation). Special consideration is given to self-help, leadership development, parental involvement, economic empowerment, prevention, and early intervention.
